Generally, you can get your banner within 5 business days after you confirm your banner layout.
Can I see my banner layout before I make a payment?
Yes, you can. Email us with your banner descriptions and images you want to put on the banner. We will email you back with your banner layout as soon as we can.
What kinds of font do you have for custom designed banners?
Can you explain about thin cloth banners you use?
The thin cloth banners are imported from Korea. It is good for short term banners up to 2 months outdoor and 1 year indoor.
What are file preparations for large format prints?
- Image resolution: 100-200 dpi
- Color mode: CMYK
- Available file types: any bitmap image files(TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, etc), curved Corel draw 9.0, EPS, PDF

No, we don't. We ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
How do you pack prints to ship?
We pack prints using hard mailing tubes or USPS Priority Mail boxes.
Can you explain about making grommets on banners?
If your banner needs grommets, we make them with patches on all 4 sides every 2-3 feet.
