What is a layout service fee?

    If you need us to customize your banner, a layout service fee of $15.00 will apply when you:
    - Insert your own image(s) on the banner.
    - Change any details on a pre-designed layout. However, any text change requests are FREE of charge.

    Choose your option in the banner customization menu and the fee will apply at checkout.

Can you explain about shipping for orders?
    We ship orders through US Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Mail EXpress.

    - Priority Mail takes 2-4 days normally. (Sometimes delayed accidentally)
    - Priority Mail Express takes 1-3 days. (Money-back guarantee on-time delivery by US Postal Service)
    - 2 day handling is not included on the expected delivery time above.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay with my credit or debit cards?
    Yes, you can pay with your credit or debit cards via PayPal.
How can I find a banner I ordered before on your site?
    If you know its item number or name, click on "Search Banners" menu and type it in the box of search criteria and then click on "Search" button.
What kinds of font do you have for custom designed banners? What are file preparations for large format prints?
  • Recommended image resolution: 100 - 150 dpi
  • Color mode: CMYK
  • Available file types: any bitmap image files(TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, etc), curved Corel Draw, EPS, PDF
How can I send you graphic files?
    Send us your files by email.
Are full color printed banners water resistant?
    Yes, they are.
Do you provide delivery services for local customers?
    No, we don't.
Do you ship worldwide?
    No, we don't. We ship to the U.S. only.
How do you package prints to ship?
    We package prints using hard mailing tubes or USPS Priority Mail boxes.
