- We ship orders by US Postal Service or UPS.
- Handling time is up to 2 business days. If you ordered customized banners, the handling time will start when you approve for printing.
Returns
Sold banners cannot be returned and refundable because the banners are custom ordered and produced. If you receive a damaged banner, we will send a replacement.
